TRUFFA, Joan Lemon

The Arizona Republic December 29, 2000 Joan Lemon Truffa, 75, of Phoenix AZ, passed away December 20, 2000. She was born on May 10, 1925 in Indianapolis, IN. Mrs. Truffa was a businesswoman (property management) for 40 years, she was owner/ teacher of Joan's School of Dance founder of Le Petit Ballet Company professional dancer. She moved to Phoenix in 1945 from Indiana. She is survived by her husband, John P. Truffa, Phoenix; son, Walter Lemon III, Beverton OR; daughters: Dianemarie Collins, Reno NV; and Cheryle Dellcamp, Belen, NM; sister, Rosemary Christman, Phoenix and many grandchildren. Memorial Services at A.L. Moore Grimshaw Bethany Chapel, 710 W. Bethany Home Road. Memorial Fund is being established with Nevada Festival Ballet, 1790 W. 4th St., Reno NV 89501.
