He was a carpenter, journeyman tool and die maker, an entrepreneur, and finally, a gold miner. We say goodbye to a man who is at peace, having achieved his life dream of gold mining in the mountains of Arizona and Colorado. He is survived by his mother, Marcella Dorcey of Hale, Mich.; three brothers, Steve Dorcey of Hale, Randy Dorcey of Ft. Myers, Fla., and Martin Dorcey of Hale; three children, Karmyn Jeffries of Houston, Texas, Brett Dorcey of Phoenix, and Carla Decker of Minneapolis, Minn.; and three grandchildren, Megan Decker, Amanda Decker, and Andrew Jeffries.
