Services will be 11 a.m. Feb. 19, 2015, at Arizona Ruffner Wakelin Funeral Home, 303 S. Cortez St., Prescott. She was born Sept. 24, 1934. Frances was preceded in death by her husband James F. Griffiths. She is survived by her daughters Debbie (Roy) Shears and Barbara (Jerry) Dallum; son James A. Griffiths; grandchildren Lorie West, Paul (Kelly) Kellerman, Amy (Kevin) Applegate, and Ruby Betterton; and great-grandchildren Jason, Domanic, Madison, Logan, Taylor, Matthew, and Chloe. A memorial service will take place at 11 a.m. on Feb. 19, 2015 at Arizona Ruffner Wakelin Funeral Home, 303 S. Cortez St. in Prescott.
