Daphne Lugo Guerrero, of Tolleson, died April 25, 2000, in Phoenix. She was 1 day old.  

She is survived by her parents, Laurie and Frank; brother, Michael; grandparents, Simona, and Mary Lugo and Roy Lugo; four aunts; three uncles; and nine cousins.  

Graveside services were held May 4, 2000, at Holy Cross Cemetery in Avondale.  Crystal Rose Funeral Home.
