The Arizona Republic December 18, 1964 Camp Verde -- Lee S. Miller, 85, a cattleman in Arizona 60 years and a resident of the Verde Valley the past 20 years, died Tues., December 15, 1964, in a Prescott hospital. Mr. Miller was born in Eagle Pass, Texas, and had resided in Globe, Flagstaff and Chandler. He is survived by his wife, Lovilla of Congress; three sons, Samuel A. and Theron L. of Globe and James A. of Phoenix; three daughters, Mrs. Salena E. Martin of Payson, Mrs. Irene E. Jenkins of Tucson, and Mrs. Leah M. Boesdorfer of Llano, California, Mrs. Capitola Haughts of Phoenix; 16 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren. Burial in Double Butte Cemetery. The Rev. Cecil L. Prior officiated at services in Carr Mortuary.
