SCOTT, Davis L.

The Arizona Republic February 15, 2004 Davis L. Scott, 79, passed away at his home in Mesa, Arizona on February 11, 2004. He was born in Seattle, Washington to Helen and Davis Scott on November 6, 1924. He served in the United States Marines during World War II and then worked at Boeing for 41 years, retiring in 1986. He moved to Mesa in 1988 and worked and played at Camelot, the Links, and Desert Sands golf courses. He was a member of Moose Lodge 2082. He is survived by his wife of 34 years, Doris; his six children: Davis and his wife Jeannine of Auburn, WA, Michael and his wife Jana of Kent, WA, Patrick, Jeanne, Barbara, and Cheryl of Mesa, Arizona, eleven grandchildren, Mathew, Marcus, Michael, Jeremy, James, Jeanna, Danielle, Johnathon, Joseph, Jessica, and Davis; five great-grandchildren as well as several other relatives. He was preceded in death by one grandson: Christopher. Visitation and services Wednesday, February 18, 2004, at Mountain View Cemetery, 7900 E. Main Street, Mesa, AZ.
