ADAMS, Marjorie (Marge)

The Verde Independent, Cottonwood, Arizona Tuesday, February 10, 2015 Marjorie (Marge) Adams Elson, a 54-year resident of Sedona, passed on January 30, 2015. Marge and her husband Dick built two successful businesses in Sedona. They built a house wares store called "Elson's" and a quilt store called "Quilter's Store Sedona." Marge was mother of four children: Deborah Goode, Rick Elson, Cynthia Cunningham, William Elson and two step daughters: Ellen Siegler and Sandy Slemmer. At this time there are six grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren. Marge married Harold Adams in 2003 after Dick passed in 2001. A memorial service will be held in Sedona at The Church of the Red Rocks at 10:00 am on February 14, 2015. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the American Cancer Society. Information provided by survivors.
