MARCUM, Walter Floyd

The AZ Republic December 10, 1964 Walter Floyd Marcum, 75, owner of the Bemidji Pioneer Publishing Co. in Bemidji, Minnesota, died Tuesday, December 8, 1964, in his home at 10621 111th Ave. in Sun City. He was a state president and an honorary life member of the Minnesota Elks, a past master of the Masonic Lodge in Bemidji, a Shriner in Duluth, MN, and an Eagle in Crookston, MN. The Rev. E. DUane Thistlethwaite conducted services in Lundberg's Golden Door Chapel in Youngtown. Burial was in Bemidji. His wife, Lillian; a son, John P. of Lubbock, TX; a daughter, Mrs. Jean Langdon of Bemidji; and six grandchildren survive. Mr. Marcum resided at Cass Lake, MN, and spent his winters in Sun City.
