Ott R. Schrimsher, 64, a painting contractor who moved to Phoenix from Oklahoma in 1922, died on his birthday in Good Samaritan Hospital.  

Mr. Schrimsher, 530 W. Almeria Road, was born in Greenville, Texas. 

Surviving are his wife, Olive B.; two daughters, Mrs. William G. Carlson of Phoenix and Mrs. Ronald W. Jones of Los Angeles; two sisters, Mrs. Milton Orfield of Phoenix and Mrs. Annie Shipley of Sulphur Springs, Texas; four brothers, Travis, Harry, John and Barney, all out of state; and four grandchildren.  

Services conducted at A.L. Moore & Sons Mortuary by the Rtv. Marvin L. Galbreath of First Free Methodist Church.  Burial in Greenwood Memorial Park.
