The Arizona Republic April 6, 2004 Ruth E. Hixenbaugh, of Peoria, Arizona, passed away April 3rd, 2004 at the age of 98. She was born in Long Branch, Pennsylvania to William and Olive Crow on October 30th, 1905. She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Link Hixenbaugh on December 5th, 1983. She is survived by her daughter, Olive R. Crowthers and son, Charles Keith Hixenbaugh, five grandchildren, three great grandchildren and a nephew. Visitation and services at Best Funeral Home, 9380 W. Peoria Ave., Peoria, AZ.
