Jacquelyn Ruth Simmons-Walker, 5-14-49 - 3-21-04. 

Survived by mother Esther Clayton, father Walt Simmons, children Mike Walker and Michelle Nalder and grandchildren Garrison, Aisha, Blake, Noah, Cody and Sydney;, sisters Laura and Nannette, brothers W. David, Mark and Todd, and numerous nieces and nephews. 

Services were private. Thanks to all who attended the memorial hosted by Mike and Michelle your warmth and concern will help to ease the loss.
