Silver Creek Mortuary, Taylor, Arizona Maybelline Taylay Mason (March 27, 1944 - February 22, 2015) Maybelline Taylay Mason, went home to be with the Lord on February 22, 2015 in Sunnyslope, Arizona. She was surrounded by loved ones after a long battle of illness. She was born on March 27, 1944 to Flora Cromwell and Robert Taylay. While growing up Maybelline attended culinary arts school, she made cradleboards for her family and enjoyed sewing camp dresses and crocheting. She also loved visiting with family and friends while having coffee and donuts. Maybelline is survived by her daughters: Cheri Lavender and Coco Robertson, Son: William Lavender, 14 Grand Children, 16 Great grandchildren 3 God children, step sister: Louise Robertson, Lifelong friend: Wilma Robertson. She is preceded in death by Parents: Flora Cromwell and Robert Taylay, Brother: Howard Taylay, Daughter: Thelma “Tina” Lavender, Grandsons: Brian Taylay and Stevin Henry. A two night wake will start on Thursday February 26, 2015 at 10:00 AM at the family residence in Seven mile, Apache Dawn. Funeral services will be Saturday February 28, 2015 at 10:00 AM at the Grace of God Church, East Fork, Arizona
