Robert Joseph Wenger

6/4/1925 - 4/8/2009  

Robert "RJ" Wenger, 83 of Sedona died April 8th at the hospice unit of the VA Hospital after a long battle with cancer.  RJ and his wife Betty moved from Seal Beach, California in 1979 after falling in love with Sedona on a family vacation.  RJ also know to many as "Doc" was a Real Estate Broker in Sedona for many years and was part of the art scene with his rock sculptures.  RJ loved teaching and earned his Doctorate at UCLA.
 
RJ is survived by his son Robert and his family (Jill, Taylor, Kobe and Grace), his brother Harold and sister Marleta, nieces and nephews and his Boston Terrier Tippy and his good friends Chris and Kathy.
