The Daily Courier, Prescott, Arizona Wednesday, April 08, 2009 Gloria Joyce Spitler, 73, of Prescott passed away April 3, 2009. She was born on July 8, 1935, in Glendale, Ariz., to Florine and Harry Barnes. Gloria has lived in Prescott for most of her life. Gloria's hobbies included doll collecting and spending time with her family. Gloria is preceded in death by her husband, Ed Spitler Sr., and her sister Pat Sims (Carl). She is survived by her children Tracy Perkins (Janella), Pam Perkins, Janina Andrade (Sergio), Ed Spitler (Cynthia) and Jeannie Shoenewald (Brian); siblings Keith Barnes (Barbara), Val Barnes (Mildred) and Kenton Barnes (Betty); grandchildren Brian Swanson, Heather Swanson, Tracy Lee Henrie, Misty Perkins, Cutter Perkins, Jessica Ferrrara, Ryan Warren, Alyssa Warren, Daniel Hinders and Jennifer Shoenewald, and many great-grandchildren. Services will be today, April 9, 2009, at 1 p.m. at Hampton Funeral Home, 240 S. Cortez St., Prescott, Ariz. Information provided by survivors.
