Lamont Mortuary of Globe, Globe, Arizona Norma Mae Perez (September 20, 1935 - March 8, 2015) Norma Mae Perez, passed away on Sunday, March 8, 2015 at Haven of Globe Nursing Home in Globe, AZ. She was 79. Norma was born in Douglas, AZ on September 20, 1935, the daughter of Edwin and Angela (Flores) Moran. She is survived by her husband Jose "Joe" L. Perez, her daughters; Andrea Perez and Robin Perkins, her son Daniel "Danny" Perez, seven grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren. Visitation will be held on Friday, March 13, 2015 at 10:00 A.M. at Lamont Mortuary Chapel in Globe. Funeral services will follow at 10:00 A.M. at Lamont Mortuary Chapel. Interment will be at Old Globe Cemetery in Globe, AZ. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Arizona Silver Belt, Globe, Arizona, Tuesday, March 31, 2015 Norma Mae Perez, 79, of Globe, Ariz., entered into eternal rest on Sunday, March 8, 2015. She was born Sept. 20, 1935 to Edwin and Angela Moran of Miami, Ariz. She was a sister to Benny, Bobby, Richard, Sylvia, and Pauline Moran. She later married Joe Lito Perez on Sept. 20, 1959. She was a mother to Robin, Daniel and Andrea, and a grandmother to Erica, Dustin, Marguerite, John, Kim, Brian, and Kamya. Norma was an awesome lady who loved people. Norma was a very giving person. In earlier days, she was a den mother to her son, Daniel, and his friends. She also coached her daughter Andrea’s softball team. Norma loved to vacation whenever time permitted. She would always take her own children, a couple of grandchildren and a niece or nephew to California with her. They would go to the beach or to Disneyland. Norma was the owner of Circle K for 10 years. She made many friends and acquaintances. Everybody loved Norma. Norma leaves behind her husband of 52 years, Jose Lito Perez; her daughters, Robin Perkins and Andrea Perez and son, Dan­­­­iel Perez; seven grandchildren, Erica Brantley, Marguerite Martinson, Dustin Perez, John John Hawkins, Kim Hawkins, Brian Hawkins and Kamya Perez; and 13.5 great grandkids. Her services were held March 13, 2015 at Lamont Mortuary. Normal will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.
