The Payson Roundup, Payson, Arizona, Friday, March 13, 2015 Patricia “Wandzioch” Ann Lorka July 10, 1935 - March 5, 2015 Patricia Ann (Wandzioch) Lorka, born July 10, 1935 in Buffalo, N.Y., died peacefully on March 5, 2015 after a long battle with cancer. She came home from Hospice, ate a Big Mac, drank a glass of wine, and just went to sleep. She is survived by her husband of 51 years, Michael Lorka Jr.; and children, Alisa Lorka Zells, Holly Lorka and Michael Lorka III and his wife, Ashley Lorka. She and Michael left Buffalo in 1976 to live briefly in Nebraska, before settling permanently in Arizona. In 1996, she and Mike retired and built a house in Payson, Ariz., where they lived until she died. She loved to read, fish and take care of people by cooking them amazing food.
