The funeral of the late Mrs. Mary Cantwell took place Saturday afternoon last from the undertaking parlors of Maus & Shannon. Many old time residents attended. Rev. Bennett conducted the services.
Burial was had in the Citizens cemetery.

Prescott Woman Dies
A telegram reached here yesterday from Los Angeles, announcing the death in that city Sunday of Mrs. Mary M. Cantwell. Only meager details were given, but it is stated by her friends here that she succumbed to an attack of heart trouble.
She was aged 60 years and a native of Troy, New York, where immediate relatives reside. Her remains were shipped to this city yesterday for interment. Burial will take place in the Citizens' cemetery Thursday. Funeral arrangements will be announced later.
Before leaving for Los Angeles six months ago, deceased had been a resident of this city for more than a quarter of a century. She is the owner of property here, purchased from the accumulations of hard earnings.
She was an industrious and charitable woman, honest and upright in her business relations, enjoying the esteem and confidence of the community.
