Camp Verde Bugle, Camp Verde, Arizona Thursday, April 16, 2009 Mildred Dorothy Swain, 94, of Cottonwood died April 15. She was born August 9, 1915 in Minneapolis, Minnesota, the daughter of John and Minnie Jans Boyd. Her husband, Norman Swain and three brothers Harry, Marvin and Robert all preceded her in death. She leaves her sons, Richard of California and Rodger of Cottonwood; a sister Amy Medeen of Minneapolis; six grandchildren. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, April 18 at 2:30 p.m. at Westcott Funeral Home in Cottonwood.
