Ann Daugherty died peacefully Feb. 28, 2015, with family at her side. Ann succumb to a broken heart 13 days following the passing of her beloved husband of 66 years; Bill.
She was born July 21, 1929, in Tutwiler, Miss. Ann moved to Arizona shortly after her marriage. She lived the majority of her years in Phoenix. After Bill retired, they moved to Lakeside, where she worked at Walmart until they moved to Tucson.
She is survived by children, Bill (Bobbie) Daugherty and Patti (Tom) Waters; brothers Charles (Sandra) Van Dyke and Joe (Pricilla) Van Dyke; grandchildren Michelle (Richard) Knott, Deik and Michael Daugherty; great-grandchildren Bryce Daugherty, Rich and Philip Knott; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Inurnment will be held at 2:30 p.m. Saturday, April 4, East Lawn in Tucson.
Adair Funeral Homes, Dodge Chapel of Tucson handled arrangements.
