David, children: Debbie, Eddie Jr., James, Fernando, Ernie and Ruben David. Preceded by his daughter Sylvia David (Valenzuela), Mother Carrie Salcido and Brother Dan C. David. ; grandchildren are Olga, John (David), Jesus, Louie, Nathanial, Michael (Acosta) Gabrielle and Destiny Valenzuela. Great grandchild Noah Valentine White. Eddie was a loving father, husband, grandfather and friend to all and will be missed dearly. Visitation is Monday April 6, 2015 at the David's Residence from 5pm-10am. Funeral service to commence at 10:00am April 7, 2015 at the David's residence, following interment at Green Acres Mortuary & Cemetery 401 North Hayden Road, Scottsdale, AZ 85257 at 11:00am.
