Margarete Agnes (Maurer) Hartley, 77, of Eagar passed from this life into eternity Friday, April 3, 2015, at her home. Marge, as she was known to her friends, was born Sept. 12, 1937, in Bad Kreuznach, Germany, the daughter of Anton Maurer and Anna Marie Immesberger Maurer.
A while after arriving in the United States she ended up in Tucson and in the ‘80s moved to the Round Valley area. She was a bookkeeper by trade, retiring in 2008. Marge was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
She is survived by her daughters, Diana (Michael) Cindrich-David of California, Cindy Cindrich of Colorado and Monika Cindrich; grandson Zachary Vorderbruggen of California; sister Bridgette Maurer of Germany; several nieces and nephews; and many friends.
She was preceded in death by the father of her daughters, Charlie Cindrich, and her late husband, Lamar Hartley, her parents, two sisters and a brother.
