Betty leaves her only daughter Carole Slagle of Cottonwood, four grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Services will be May 2, 10 a.m. at Mt. View Methodist Church, Cottonwood, and May 17, 10 a.m. with World Fellowship Church at a park near Sedona.
