HAZELWOOD, Edward Randall

The Verde Independent, Cottonwood, Arizona Tuesday, April 07, 2015 Edward Randall Hazelwood, 75, of Camp Verde, went to be with The Lord April 2, 2015 at home surrounded by family. He was born July 25, 1939, in Louisville, Kentucky, to Mattie and Sylvester Hazelwood. Edward is survived by his wife of 57 years, Angie Hazelwood; his children, Lorna Hazelwood (Ron Juan), Lana Hazelwood, Randy (Ida) Hazelwood, Robin Hazelwood (Linnard Welch), Suzette Dawdy; his sisters, Dolores Logden, Jean Bruner, Katharine Parker and Patsy Ingram of Louisville, Kentucky; 10 grandchildren, 8 great grand children and several nieces and nephews. Edward was preceded in death by his parents Mattie and Sylvester Hazelwood; his brothers, James and Sylvester Jr. Hazelwood; his sisters, Adeline Davis, Juanita Bryant and Geraldine Duke; granddaughter, Cassandra Pearl White. Memorial service will be held 10 a.m. Wednesday, April 8, 2015, at Chapel of Bueler Funeral Home. Information provided by survivors.
