Born on January 23, 1939 in LaCrosse, Wisconsin, he is survived by his mother Jeanette Baker, Onalaska, WI; son Scott Baker and daughter-in-law: Tami, Gibbon, NE; daughter Kris Anderson and son-in-law Ivan, Cottonwood, AZ; brother Richard Baker and sister-in-law Melinda, Waconia, MN, and seven grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his father, Milferd Baker and his sister, Barbara Smith. An avid sports fan and a veteran, he served for five years in the U.S. Air Force.
