REIDHEAD, George

The White Mountain Independent, Show Low, Arizona ~ 04/17/2015 George Reidhead died April 10, 2015, after fighting a long battle with cancer. He was born Jan. 12, 1943, in Show Low to Bruce Reidhead and Luceal Wright. George was well known in the area as being an excellent sawyer in all of the sawmills in the White Mountains and New Mexico. He is survived by his daughters, Theresa Swan, Pam Reidhead, Alice (Shandell) Corales and Brenda (deceased); brothers Odell (Juanita) and Leroy (Pat) Jimmy (deceased); sisters Sandra Noble and Anita Joy Barr (deceased); nine grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins in the area. George will be laid to rest with a graveside service at 11 a.m. April 23 in Thatcher by his sister, Anita Joy.
