(Maiden Name: Howlett)

Patricia Ann Addis went to be with her God and her family in heaven on May 7, 2015, at 3:15 a.m., surrounded by her earthly family in Prescott, Arizona.
Born Feb. 1, 1939, the oldest child of Clarence Howlett and Helen Jaquet Howlett at home in Geneseo, Illinois.
Pat graduated from Geneseo Senior High School in 1957 and went to work for Farmers Bank in Geneseo until her marriage to Dick Addis on Sept. 17, 1961. Her biggest priority at that time were the three babies she raised as her own.
In 1963, Pat, along with her husband, moved their family to Prescott, Arizona, where she worked at Sam Hills and later for Roxie Webb, both in accounting and finally to Yavapai County in the Finance Department, which she retired as an Administration Assistant in 1997.
Pat loved camping with her husband, traveling all over the state they both loved, Arizona. After retirement they became camp hosts for the forest service at both Lynx Lake and Horse Camp. This was Pat's favorite time of year.
She was a "perfect" daughter, loving mother to Sue Tabor of Prescott Valley, Dan (Carma) of Filer, Idaho and Penny (Tad) Minear of Prescott Valley, Arizona; and a very special sister to Leora Branson of Prescott Valley; a loving, kind grandmother to eight grandchildren and 20 great grandchildren with two more on their way; and her extended family.
She will be remembered for her loyalty, kindness and her quick smile to all she encountered and her love for her family, which was with a fierce passion.
Pat was predeceased by her husband Dick; daughter Kelly; her parents; sister Charlotte; and brother Richard; and many of her extended family.
We would like to thank the staff of YRMC, both East and West campus, both Dr. Fred Markham and Dr. El-Harakeh and their staff for the years of wonderful care.
A memorial will be from 2 to 5 p.m. on Saturday, May 23, 2015 at Leora's home, 4172 N. Robin Drive, in Prescott Valley.
In her caring, loving way, she requested her body be donated to science, as to further research of COPD and rheumatoid.
