The White Mountain Independent, Show Low, Arizona ~ 05/19/2015 James Beaman died May 12, 2015, peacefully at his home after being diagnosed with cancer. James was a Vietnam veteran who worked as a deputy sheriff for Apache County for many years. James was preceded in death by his wife, Elaine, and his father, James L. Beaman. James is survived by his mother, Audrey; brothers Ron (Bonita) and Blake (Lucinda); children Melissa, Jim and Heather; his loving wife, Lia, and her two children, Jessica (Jason) Thompson and Farid Tafur; three grandkids from marriage, Daniela, Lorena and Diego. The Beaman family would like to share their appreciation to Dr. George M. Cannon of Intermountain Healthcare Oncology, the staff of Rocky Mountain Care Riverton and Symbii Hospice for their dedication and support throughout this difficult time. A graveside service will be held at the Snowflake Cemetery at 2 p.m. Saturday, May 23.
