Evelyn Mabel Dahlen went to be with the lord peacefully May 20th, 2015 at 12:45pm in Pinetop, Arizona. 

She was born in Queens, New York on November 2, 1932 to John and Mabel Smith. Evelyn’s passion for life was nursing. 

She is survived by her Children: Elizabeth, Robert and Janice; Siblings: Ruth, Sandy and Elaine; 15 Grandchildren, 29 Great-Grandchildren and 6 Great Great-Grandchildren. 

Evelyn is preceded in death by her Husband: Richard; Daughter: Carol; Brother: Jack and her Grandson: David Jenkins. 

There will be a memorial service for Evelyn Saturday, June 27, 2015 at 11:00am at the Church in the Wind 3802 W. Union Hills Dr. Glendale, Arizona. 

A Reception will follow memorial service and will be held at Hope Bradleys 18828 N, 42nd Circle Glendale, Arizona 85308.
