The White Mountain Independent, Show Low, Arizona ~ 06/05/2015 Charla LeAnn Seger, 53, resident of Ulysses, Kan., died Saturday, May 30, 2015, in rural Grant County, Kan.; with her husband, Earl. She was born July 2, 1961, in Show Low, the daughter of Bill and Barbara (Rothlisberger) Neff. Charla grew up in Snowflake and graduated high school there. She then continued her education at Ricks College and then beauty school. Charla married Earl Seger Aug. 12, 1982, in the LDS Temple in Mesa. Charla enjoyed comforting others. She was always looking for the next adventure. Charla loved knowledge. She loved history and history of the gospel. You could always find her slaving away in her yard with her grandkids in tow. She is survived by her children, Brittany Knapmiller (Scott) of Ulysses, Kan., Ryan Earl (Danielle) Seger of DeWitt, Mich., Whitney (Sawyer) Goff of Las Vegas, Nev., and Riley Shawn Seger of Ulysses, Kan.; parents Bill and Barbara Neff of Snowflake; siblings Wayne (MxcKayla) Neff of Rexburg, Idaho, Donnie (Becky) Neff of Gilbert, Travis (Sanna) Neff of Mesa, Leasa (Merl) Seger of Ulysses, Kansas, Jennifer Neff of Snowflake, Harry Neff of Snowflake, Clint (Jen) Neff of Taylor, Shawnee (Jared) Schneider of Ulysses, Kansas, Tyler (Stevie) Neff of Rexford, Idaho, Areionnah Neff of Shone; and five grandchildren, Max, Lexi, Lenyx, Colt and Tessa. Charla was preceded in death by a daughter, Tessa, brother Johnathan Neff and sister-in-law Sandi Seger. Funeral services for Charla will be held at 10 a.m. Friday, June 5, at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Ulysses, Kan., with Bishop Carl Egley officiating. Burial will follow at the Ulysses Cemetery in Ulysses, Kan. Memorial contributions may be given to the Earl and Charla Seger Grandchildren Education Fund in care of Garnand Funeral Home, 405 W.
