Prescott Journal Miner, Prescott, Arizona Territory Tuesday, March 5, 1907, page 5, column 4 B. S. BLANCHARD DIES B. S. Blanchard, aged 71 years, and a native of Kentucky, died in the hospital Sunday afternoon after a short illness. His death was due to general debility and old age. He was an ex-Confederate soldier, and a man who commanded the highest respect wherever known. His remains were taken in charge by the undertaking establishment of H. M. Maus & Co. Transcriber's note: Mr. Blanchard is buried in an unmarked grave in the Citizens Cemetery in Prescott, Arizona.
