Barbara Boothe, 81, of Prescott, Arizona, born Aug. 8, 1933, died in her sleep at the Peaceful Valley Adult Care Home in Prescott, Arizona on April 7, 2015.

Per her wishes there are no services planned. Barbara, an only child, was predeceased by her parents, Daniel and Elizabeth Boothe, both of Ellsworth, Wisconsin.

Arrangements by Cremation Society of Arizona.
