Owens Livingston Mortuary, Show Low, Arizona Phillip F. Kalkowski December 9, 1947 - June 5, 2015 Phillip F. Kalkowski, of Show Low, Navajo County, Arizona passed away June 5, 2015 at his home in Show Low. He was 67. Phill was born in Chicago, Cook County, Illinois on December 9, 1947. Phill was a United States Navy veteran during the Vietnam War and did two tours aboard the destroyer USS Cunningham. Phill held the position of Quality Control Manager for an aerospace company in California. He and Diane moved to the White Mountains 1993 and he so enjoyed his 10 years with the US Forest Service. Phill is survived by the love of his life of 35 years, Diane R. Janot; his brother and sister-in-law, James and Geraldine Kalkowski as well as nieces, nephews and grand-nieces and grand-nephews. At this time, no services are scheduled.
