Mass will be at 1 p.m. June 19, 2015 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, 150 Fleury, Prescott, Arizona. Arrangements by Arizona Ruffner Wakelin Funeral Home. ~~~~~~~~~~~~ The Daily Courier, Prescott, Arizona, Thursday, June 18, 2015 Rose Fassbender, born June 19, 1930 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, born to eternal life peacefully at home June 14, 2015. She was the beloved wife of 65 years to Jerry. She was the loving mother of Mark, Neal "Walker" Fassbender, Laura (Douglas) Mettelman. She was dearly loved by grandchildren Matthew (MaryCatherine), Robert, and William Mettelman. She is survived by brothers, Ralph and Earl "Happy" Soine and Richard Pheiffer and will be missed by many nieces and nephews. Rose loved singing. She was a member of the renowned Bel Canto Choir, Milwaukee, Wisconsin for over 27 years as well as St. Mary's Church Choir, Elm Grove, Wisconsin. She also served as docent for the Milwaukee Museum and Pabst Mansion. Rose enjoyed gardening and worked in woman's fine clothing and bridal shops. Rose was a faith-filled, loving mother and wife, a gracious hostess to everyone, and a giving generous person to all. A celebration of Rose's life will be at 1 p.m. Friday, June 19, 2015 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, 150 Fleury Ave., Prescott, Arizona.
