Prominent Business Woman Summoned
The death of Mrs. Amelia Kirk Kinateder, affectionately known to family and friends as "Mickey," was a shock to the community. She died suddenly last Thursday morning at the Kinateder home in Cassandro Tract.
Funeral services were held at 2pm June 1 at the Wickenburg Funeral Home, conducted by Bishop Clark Ashby of the L.D.S. Church.
Mrs. Kinateder had been associated for the past thirteen years in the operation of the Texas Café with her husband John. She was born July 24, 1931 in Lexington, Kentucky.
In addition to her husband, she is survived by her mother, Mrs. Etta Mae Kirk of Wickenburg; her father, James Kirk Sr., Dallas, Tex.; two sisters, Mrs. Aileen Griffin, Dallas, and Mrs. Jacquie Davison, Kingman, Ariz., and four brothers, James Kirk Jr., and Paul Kirk, both of Chicago; Thomas Kirk, Dallas, and Lonnie Kirk, Kansas City, Kan.
