FINK, Clifford Michael


The Daily Courier, Prescott, Arizona, Sunday, June 21, 2015 Clifford M. Fink, 76, passed away June 18, 2015 in Prescott, Arizona. He was born June 8, 1939 in Superior, Wisconsin to Norman and Caroline (Semiling) Fink. Clifford attended high school at Cotter Catholic High School and went on to College at Yavapai Community College. In Clifford's early years, he was a farmer, starting at the age of 15, and also worked as lumber yard manager. Once married starting a family of his own he and wife Theresa were quite the adventurers. They moved to Arizona and began raising their five children. During these years Clifford had an array of jobs, Auto Sales at Lutey Ford, Shamrock Dairy for Jim Willis, Circle K Clerk and Gas company associate, along with owning operating two businesses; Drafting & Design and Western Auto Store; and selling life insurance. Clifford then started to focus on more long-term career opportunities that eventually lead to several leadership roles at Great Western Bank and First Interstate Bank. In 1994 Clifford retired but did not stop working, in retirement he held the role of Moose Lodge Administrator, during the transition time of selling and building the Lodge from Prescott to Prescott Valley, along with being the driver for several local car dealerships. Clifford was recognized several times during his membership with the local Moose Lodge, including being honored as having State and International Offices. He is survived by and will be tremendously missed by his wife of 51 plus years Theresa (Kabus) Fink; sons, Norman (Patti) of Trinidad, Colorado, Peter, of Trinidad, Colorado; daughters Kathy of Glendale, Kristi of New Philadelphia, Ohio, Danielle of Dublin, Ohio; as well as their five grandchildren, Chris (Emily) Dobbs, Candice (BJ) Eckhardt, Brittaney (Jake) Beatty, Madison Montgomery and Nick Fink. Services will be Wednesday, June 24, 2015 at Sacred Heart Church, 150 Fleury Ave., Prescott, Arizona, Rosary at 10 a.m. followed by Mass at 10:30 a.m. Special thank you to the staff at Yavapai Regional Medical Center, Good Samaritan Society, Marley Hospice, Dr. D.
