Carmen Maria (Sanchez) Maldonado a resident of Prescott, Arizona passed away at home on June 21, 2015, surrounded by her loving husband Luis of 65 years, Daughter Madelyn and Son-In-Law Richard DeCarlo.
Carmen was born in Corozal, Puerto Rico on June 5, 1932.
She is also survived by her son George(Norman) Montes of Indiana, grandson Richard(Liz) Montes of Michigan, Tony Montes of Indiana, Stefano(Shaul) DeCarlo of Colorado, granddaughters Lori (Matt) Marcum of Indiana, Maria DeCarlo of Colorado, 5 great grandsons, 3 great granddaughters, Sister Mary (Noel) Torres of New York and several nieces and nephews.
Memorial Services will be held on Saturday July 18, 2015 at 10:00 AM at the Sacred Heart Church 150 Fleury Ave Prescott, AZ 86301
