The Daily Courier, Prescott, Arizona, Tuesday, June 23, 2015 Kimberly Joyce Van Vorst, 36, passed away on Wednesday, June 10, 2015, in her home in Phoenix, Arizona. She was born Feb. 21, 1979. Prior to moving to Phoenix, she lived in Prescott Valley, Arizona. Survivors include her father John Van Vorst; mother Joyce Wolf; sister Melissa Van Vorst Ireland; two brothers Richard Van Vorst and Charlie Van Vorst; five nephews; three nieces; and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. Memorial service will be at 7 p.m. Friday, June 26, 2015, at Legacy Funeral Home, 1374 N. Arizona Ave., Chandler, Arizona; 480-963-6200. The family ask not to send flowers. You can make donations to the Children's Hospital in Phoenix, Arizona. Information provided by survivors.
