BISJAK, Frances Naomi

The Daily Courier, Prescott, Arizona, Thursday, June 25, 2015 Frances Naomi Bisjak died peacefully at the Arizona Pioneer Home on June 13, 2015 at the age of 96. Born in Hillsboro, Illinois, as a young girl she moved with her family to Kingman, Arizona. She lived there until her marriage to Gilford C. Bisjak in 1939. She served as postmaster of the Chino Valley post office from the mid-1960s until her retirement in 1983. Survivors include her son, Gil (Jack) Bisjak Jr.; daughter Barbara Bisjak; daughter-in-law Ramah Fitzgerald; two grandchildren, Ian Herron and Jacqueline French; and three great-grandchildren. Donations in lieu of flowers may be made to the Arizona Pioneer's Home. Information provided by survivors.
