DECLAY, JR., Randall (Chumpy)

Silver Creek Mortuary, Taylor, Arizona Randall Declay Jr. June 02, 1970 ~ June 28, 2015 Randall Declay Jr. “Chumpy” entered eternal rest June 29, 2015 in Phoenix, Arizona surrounded by loved ones. Randall was born to Christina Declay and Randall Declay Sr. on June 2, 1970. Randall loved his parents, family and especially all his grandkids who he called “goot kids”. He loved to joke, laugh and had many friends. Randall was a true ASU fan and enjoyed the outdoors. He will be truly missed. Randall is survived by his son: Kyle Declay; parents: Randall Declay Sr. and Christina Declay; brothers: Bruce Declay and Alvin Declay Sr. (Kim); sisters: Malinda Perry (Lincoln), Glenda Valenzuela, Peggy Yazzie, Lydia Garcia and Karra Henry (Melvis); grandsons: Chase Declay, Kyren Declay and Dontarius Lavender; aunt: Cecelia Wycliffe; god-daughter: Benita Antonio; plus many neices, nephews, grandchildren, relatives and friends. He is preceded in death by his son: Shane Declay; grandson: Gabriel Declay; aunt: Costa Clawson. Randall’s Wake will be held Friday, July 3, 2015 at 10:00am at the residence of Randall Declay Sr. in Seven Mile. His Funeral Service will be held Saturday, July 4, 2015 at 1:00pm at the Canyon Day Assembly of God Church. Interment will follow at the Seven Mile Hill Cemetery.
