MCFARLAND, Newton Howard


Weekly Arizona Journal Miner, Prescott, Arizona Territory Wednesday, January 13, 1892, page 5, column 5 (From Monday's Daily) Newton H. McFarland, who has been employed as engineer at Copper Basin for some time, and who was brought into Prescott recently suffering from pneumonia caused by grippe, died on Saturday night. Deceased was about 40 years old. He has two brothers in Maricopa county, who have telegraphed to hold his remains awaiting the arrival of one of them. ------------------------------------ Weekly Arizona Journal Miner, Prescott, Arizona Territory Wednesday, January 13, 1892, page 5, column 6 (From Tuesday's Daily) The funeral of the late N. H.
