Meldrum Mortuary & Crematory, Mesa, Arizona Kady Lynn Kashoya April 7, 1987 ~ July 2, 2015 'Sh-kate' – Kady Lynn Kashoya was born April 7, 1987. The daughter of Archie Kashoya and Kathy Kalama; she is survived by her two children (Kiara Perkins and Joaquin Shaw) and three siblings (Kenton, Tia, and Joshua Kashoya). She is preceded in death by her brother Lee Carl Kashoya. She also leaves behind a number of close friends and family members. Kady was born and raised in Salt River and attended Mesa Public Schools. She had a deep love of movies, crafts, cooking, and spending time with her family. She especially liked traveling and being a member of the Salt River 'Fatherhood & Motherhood is Sacred' Program. She was 28 years old. Wake services will be held on Sunday, July 12th from 6:00 pm – 10:00 pm at Xalychidom Pipaash Nyvaash.
