WARFIELD, JR., Michael Leo


The White Mountain Independent, Show Low, Arizona ~ 07/10/2015 Michael Leo Warfield Jr., 46, died Friday, July 3, 2015, at his home in Show Low with his mother by his side. He was born Dec. 10, 1968, in Inglewood, Calif. Raised in southern California, Michael was a fifth generation native. Michael was a wonderful and much beloved son and a hero of a big brother to his little sister, Tiffany. He attended 12 years of Catholic school and went on to El Camino Junior College. Michael moved to Ohio and attended Ohio State and earned his bachelor’s degree in business. He worked for Medical Mutual of Ohio as a telecommunication systems analyst. Michael moved to Arizona in 2006 to help his mother with her business, which he loved. Michael was an extremely talented drummer and musician. He played several shows on The Sunset Strip and around the country as well. And, of course, we all know he had a great radio voice. Michael was a lucky young man who got to live out so many of his dreams. He will be missed a great deal by all who knew him. Michael is survived by his mother, Judy Warfield; father Michael Leo Warfield Sr. and sister Tiffany Gray. Owens Livingston Mortuary of Show Low handled arrangements.
