He was born on July 19, 1930 in Hubbard, AZ, to Enos and Amy Howard. Viewing will be from 3:00 - 5:00 p.m. on Monday, July 27, 2015 at the Howard Residence, 3177 1st Street in Thatcher. Graveside services will be at 5:00 p.m. on Monday, July 27, 2015 at the Hubbard Cemetery.
