He was born June 5, 1919 in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. He was a Navy veteran. Mr. Costello was a retired ironworker with Union Local #3 in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. A 32nd degree Mason of the Scottish Rite he was a member in the Valley of Pittsburgh. He leaves his wife of 68 years, Margaret Costello; a son, William Costello of St. Charles, Mo.; daughters Nance Biehl of Hanover, Penn. and Marjorie Fela of Camp Verde, Ariz.; four grandchildren, Jodi Florentine, Barbara Miruka, Mark Biehl and Dennis J.
