JOHNSON,
Patty (Pat) Sue
(Maiden Name: Hall)
The White Mountain Independent,
Show Low, Arizona ~ 07/24/2015
Patty “Pat” Sue Johnson, 79, died Monday, July 20, 2015, at her home in Show Low. She was born July 19, 1936, in Thomasville, N.C., to Dock Edward Hall and Mary Leona Reed Hall.
Pat met the love of her life, Bruce, in early 1955. They later were married May 8, 1955, in Washington, D.C.
She was a good Christian woman with strong values. She loved her family more than anything, especially her grandchildren. Pat was a woman who loved to read, work in the garden, watch birds and the out-of-doors in general. She was an independent woman who made her own decisions and had a mind of her own. Pat will leave lasting memories for her family and those that knew and loved her.
She is survived by her husband of 60 years, Bruce of Show Low; three children, Rae (Jim) Anderson of Yuma, Lea Susan (Craig) Marshall of Beaufort, S.C., and Stephen (Elaine) Johnson of Yuma; eight grandchildren and four great-grandchildren; brother Fred (Hazel) Hall of Abingdon, Va.
A memorial service will be held at 10 a.m. Friday, July 31, at St. Paul’s Episcopal Church, 1550 S. 14th Ave. in Yuma.
Owens Livingston Mortuary of Show Low handled arrangements.
