The Daily Courier, Prescott, Arizona, Friday, July 24, 2015 Helen E. Markley, 94 of Prescott, Arizona passed away July 22, 2015. She was born Jan. 20, 1921 in Abilene, Kansas to Edward and Katie (Mueller) Hocker. They moved to Arizona in 1954, where she enjoyed being a homemaker, along with painting and crocheting. She is preceded in death by her parents; brothers Leo and Harold Hocker; children Larry Rader and Randy Markley. She is survived by her children, Kathy Peterson of Peabody, Massachusetts, Donna (Ken) White, of Dewey, Arizona, Richard (Gloria) of Dewey, Arizona, Mike (Laura) of Prescott, Arizona, Dixie Meadows and Dick of Casper, Wyoming; brother, Dean Hocker; sister Dorothy Bereznak; 13 grandchildren; 25 great grandchildren; and one great-great grandchild. The family would like to thank Hospice of the Pines and A Little Bit of Heaven for the great care they gave her during this time. Graveside services will be at 4 p.m. Friday, July 24, 2015 at Pioneer Cemetery. Hampton Funeral Home assisted with arrangements. Information provided by survivors.
