The White Mountain Independent, Show Low, Arizona ~ 07/31/2015 Mary L. Thomas of Taylor died July 26, 2015. She was born Feb. 5, 1946, to Joseph Francis Lundy and Marie Louise Scheimreif in Washington, D.C. She was married for 36 years to Vincent Wayne Thomas, who preceded her in death Oct. 29, 2002. She then married James E. Thomas Nov. 25, 2009, who passed away in 2012. Mary’s interests included bowling and crocheting. She was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and lived in the Taylor 6th Ward since 2008. She is survived by her daughter, Chris (Ronald) Woodward of Earp, Calif.; two sons, Jeffrey Thomas and Kenneth Thomas of Arizona; seven grandchildren; and one great-grandchild. Mary’s parents and sister, Ann Louise Lundy, preceded her in death. Silver Creek Mortuary of Taylor handled arrangements.
