GRAFF, Theodore Stephan (Ted)

The Daily Courier, Prescott, Arizona, Wednesday, August 05, 2015 Theodore Stephan Graff of Prescott died on July 23, 2015 after a long illness. He was born Theodore Stefan Zografov, son of Maria (Caranova) and Stefan Zografov in Kiastendil, Sofia, Bulgaria in 1927 and emigrated to the United States in 1952. He married Maxine Brust of Madison, Connecticut in 1954 and worked as a mechanical engineer for several technology companies around the country from the 1950s until the early 1990s. Ted was pre-deceased by his parents, brother Nikolai, sister Seika, and his son Theodore Steven Graff Jr. Survivors include his wife Maxine; and four nieces. Ted loved animals and his adopted country and will be fondly remembered as a hardworking and generous soul. A memorial service will be held at a later date.
