Arizona Silver Belt, Globe, Arizona, Tuesday, August 11, 2015 Gilbert, Ariz. — Ernest Jaurigui Jr., passed away July 30, 2015 in Gilbert, Ariz. He was born Nov. 19, 1948 in Miami, Ariz. He was a proud member, for 46 years, of the Plumbers Pipefitters Union Local #469 and graduated from Westwood High in 1966 in Mesa, Ariz. Ernest is survived by his father, Ernest Jaurigui, Sr. (Judy); mother, Gloria A. Davila (Tony); sister, Patsy Diane Chavarria; brothers, Chris Jaurigui, Tony Davila and Michael Davila; son, Justin Adriane Jaurigui; and daughters, Erin Jaurigui and Brianna Jaurigui; along with numerous aunts, nieces and nephews. The family sends out a special “Thank You” to the East Valley Hospice and Compatible Home Care, for all the care provided to Ernest at home. A gathering was held on Friday, Aug. 7 from 6 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. with the Rosary at 7 p.m. at Lakeshore Mortuary, 1815 S. Dobson Road, Mesa, AZ 85202. Memorial Mass was held Saturday, Aug. 8 at 10 a.m. at Resurrection Catholic Church, 3201 S. Evergreen Rd., Tempe, AZ 85282. Please visit to share memories with Ernest’s family.
