Arizona Silver Belt, Globe, Arizona, Tuesday, August 11, 2015 Globe — Carmelita Bread, age 69, of Peridot, Ariz. passed away on Aug. 3, 2015 in Globe, Ariz. She was born in San Carlos, Ariz. on March 28, 1946, the daughter of Norma and Harding Casoose. She worked at BHP Copper Company in the SXEW plant. She enjoyed word puzzles and spending time at the casino. She was preceded in death by her parents and brothers, Gary Casoose Sr., Harding Casoose Jr. and Vincent Casoose. Carmelita is survived by her son, Wayne Bread of Peridot; sisters, Verna Cassa (Karl) of San Carlos, Evangeline Burdette (Roger) of San Carlos, and Josephine Casoose and Belinda Casoose of San Carlos; brothers, Joseph Casoose of Phoenix and Johnson and Alvin Casoose Sr. of San Carlos. A wake was held Friday Aug. 7, 2015 at 6 a.m. at St. Charles Catholic Church. Funeral services followed at 10 a.m. at St. Charles Catholic Church. Interment at Lower Peridot Six Mile Cemetery Assisting the family; Lamont Mortuary of Globe.
